Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch from our warehouse.

4.3 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.4 Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

• Opened or assembled kits
• Used spares and upgrades (must be in original sealed packaging)
• Installed electronic components
• Personalized or custom-ordered items

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Securely package the item with all original materials
5. Clearly write the RMA number on the package and ship to our returns address

5.4 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

5.5 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund timeframes:

• Credit card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal payments: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

5.6 Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement once we receive and process your return. Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable. Standard shipping rates apply to exchanged items.

5.7 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement at no additional charge.

5.8 International Returns

For customers outside the US:

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility
• Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
• We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit
