Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received defective or incorrect:
- Opened or Assembled Kits: This includes all products listed under the “Kits” section of our website menu.
- Used Spares & Upgrades: These items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Installed Electronic Components: Any electronic items that have been installed or used.
- Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items: Products made specifically to your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

- Get Your RMA: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and materials.
- Ship It Back: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our address. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
