If you’re not entirely happy with your order, our straightforward returns and exchanges process makes it easy to get things right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Opened or assembled Kits (as listed in our website menu)
- Used Spares & Upgrades (must be in original sealed packaging for returns)
- Any electronic components that have been installed or used
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the original packaging
- Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our address (shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility)
Important: Please do not send returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Refund Timeframes:
- Credit Card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchanged item costs more than the original, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchanged item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:

- We’ll cover return shipping costs for items that were incorrect or defective
- We’ll expedite your replacement item at no additional cost
