What types of RC vehicles and parts do you offer?
We specialize in Element RC vehicles and parts, including kits and spares/upgrades for: Enduro Knightrunner, Enduro Sendero, Enduro Trailrunner, Enduro Trailwalker, Enduro24, Gatekeeper, and other Associated RC models. We also carry various accessories and upgrade components.
Are your parts compatible with other RC brands?
While our primary focus is Element RC and Associated products, some parts may be compatible with other brands. Check individual product descriptions for compatibility information, or contact our support team for specific questions about your setup.
Ordering & Account
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While you can check out as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save your preferences, and expedite future purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number with the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey.

What are your shipping options and timeframes?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL/FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after processing
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after processing
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most regions globally, but currently cannot ship to Asia or select remote locations due to logistics constraints. Contact us if you have questions about delivery to your specific region.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
